The Trustees

     Patricia Fahey is the Assistant U. S. Trustee for the Nebraska Bankruptcy Trustee Program under the U.S. Department of Justice. The appointed trustees administer Chapter 7, 12 and 13 cases for all of the 93 counties in the state. The 341 meetings (meeting of the creditors) are located in the cities of Gering, Grand Island, Lincoln, Omaha and North Platte.
