The Court

       The United States Bankruptcy Court in Charleston serves 12 counties. They include the counties of Allendale, Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Clarendon, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Jasper and Williamsburg. The court is located at 145 King Street, Room 225, Charleston, SC 29401. The Charleston Court is for bankruptcy hearings only.
