Spartanburg Division Chapters 7, 12 and 13 cases are administered in the City of Spartanburg for the counties of Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg, Union and York are administered by the Spartanburg Division.
